He has been part of a &#8220;Warrior Monk&#8221; practice since 1995.<\/p>\n<p>He has participated in the Science of Martial Arts for 37 years. He studied several\u00a0<em>Ryu ( Art of Martial Science)\u00a0<\/em>under the direction of Arakawa Nobumasa, his\u00a0<em>sensei\u00a0<\/em>until his passing in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Old Mountain has found many parallels of Spiritual embodiment that opens the door to Yoga <em>Sadhana<\/em> (samadhi) through Meditation &amp; Physical practices.
