Most of us have watched a movie, read a novel, heard some gossip, met someone new only to find out that they appear and feel to be a phoney baloney, a fiction. Most of us realize that fiction comes from our imagination even though it may strike us as REAL!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Can WE separate the REAL from the UNREAL?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sounds simple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">But we are generally fooled and captured by the conditioning of our conditioned existence. Our conditioning determines our fate when we are one-pointed about our conditioning! Have YOU told yourself that your conditioning is what made YOU into what you think and believe YOU are?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">To study our conditioning we must be willing and able to study ourselves to the degree that we study what our conditioned history is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">To understand this we need to study both the conditioning of the REAL and the UNREAL from our history. Are YOU able to decipher what was a conditioned reality or just your imagination, wishful thinking? We also need to understand that we have a body, mind, intellect &amp; ego that are continuously used to take action in this phenomenal world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ask yourself,\u00a0<em><strong>how do you make REAL what you believe to be true? But do not forget to include\u2026HOW DO YOU MAKE THE UNREAL TO BE REAL?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>There are two levels of existence.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>conditioned\u00a0<\/strong>level of existence. IT is temporary. Everything in the conditioned world is impermanent, unstable and subject to being disappointing.\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>transcendent\u00a0<\/strong>level is to be open and accepting of the constant change.\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>There may be times when you experience a deep loneliness, however you need to know and understand that when you experience loneliness you reject your own existence. When \u201c<strong>YOU<\/strong>\u00a0believe you are not enough, YOU suffer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Way out of this unstable suffering is to let go of regrets that build up into anxiety. Practice focusing on the present moment without the conditioned mindset of existence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Make a concerted effort to stop yourself from seeing\u00a0<em><strong>yourself\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>through the eyes &amp; words of others. Stick with studying yourself. It is where we begin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The practice is about a recognition of transcendence. Recognize that you are not what others think or say about you. And what YOU think &amp; say about yourself!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Study what surfaces in the mind with the strength and attitude to let what arises come and go. DO not get entangled with what comes into your mind.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Drop your grip on attachments. Make an effort to circumvent suffering. Don\u2019t buy into the suffering that comes and goes again and again. It is merely fretting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span data-color=\"#ff0000\">Do not get entangled in the conditioned worldliness.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In the image above the monk and the dragon meet each other but\u00a0<strong><span data-color=\"#ff0000\">neither one of them gets harmed.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Cause &amp; effect does occur. Do not take refuge in suffering.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This substack is just the tip of the iceberg of cause &amp; effect.
