Spiritual Wisdom is in YOU!
Where else would it be?
It is important to know where WISDOM abides and in whom it does abide. These three characters below are as strange as they may look, but the below three are able to abide in wisdom.
Wisdom does not happen without practice. Without equanimity WISDOM does not arise and flower in the mind. And without WISDOM we flounder in delusions and dreams of every ilk imaginable.
Equanimity leads to a calm abiding mind. It is a blessing for two reasons, when we do NOT abide in a calm mind we are able to notice how off base we are from our true nature. This off base gives us an opportunity to study the mind to a practice level of calmness.

Spiritual Wisdom is in You just as IT is in the images above. This may seem unusual, but we are encouraged NOT to judge those who appear different.
If this is difficult for YOU to recken with, make an effort to clear away the attachments and aversions that you cherish. Then you can seek your true nature.
Do Not FIGHT, Attack or judge Others. To give up a judgemental mind is not easy, but it is possible for those who are seeking spiritual enlightenment. It boils down to stopping the mind that forms these negative ideas. It requires that we give up aversion, greed, hatred and delusions. When we succeed in this STOPPING the mind, we have the opportunity to study the mind without measure.
Do Not Get Attached. Let Go. Float Free. The three characters above seem to cherish their freedom although many would ridicule them. BUT…this practice requires that we study our mind and not the mind of others.
We need to know how to…Seek Peace within ourself.
There is a simple method, it is called stopping & seeing. That’s it! Stop the mind from rumanating over the past, the present & the future and see how the ego wants to cook up trouble in the mind. We, however, often forgo one or both of these simple measures. We may stop momentarily and/or we may want to see what the mind is cooking up.
We have to be willing to teach ourselves to STOP the flow in the mind in such a way that we SEE how to STOP the disruptions in the mind.
To clarify the word peace, replace it with the definition free from disturbance.
Use your effort to keep your mind at ease no matter what pain arises; no matter how high the water; or deep the mud; the lotus petals open between earth and sky.
Joy is not necessarily a constant euphoric state or so says one Master. Joy, however, is a sign of knowing G’d & finding wisdom within ourselves. We need to be curious about the path of joy and how we might teach ourselves to be joyful.
Become interested in finding the Way to open and flower; between the pain and suffering. Be sympathetic and comforting to yourself and others and joy follows such caring experience. It is outside the bounds of mental learning; it is practiced like a skillful athlete or trained artist.
What is it that helps you show care, compassion & wisdom towards yourself?
The path of awakening asks us to offer compassion, sympathy and kindness to everyone. When we hold a grudge, when we criticize, measure, dislike we are not on the path of awakening but are on the path of the material world.
Don’t Give Up! Keep Going
